Information isn’t enough. Moving from a positive change to a positive habit takes more than knowing what you “should” do. Group support is key to habit evolution. That’s why I’ll coach you as a group, as well as one-on-one throughout the program.
The emphasis is on progress, not perfection. You’ll be asked to make small, incremental changes throughout the 10 week program, rather than being encouraged to perfect new habits.
It’s an investment in a process you’ll practice again and again and get better at each time. Journey to Thrive provides the format for you to uplevel your health every three months.

1. When does the course start and finish?
Our online course will begin on Monday, October 16, 2017 and will run for 10 weeks.
It's the perfect way to stay in integrity with your health goals during the busy holiday season. Journey to Thrive ends on December 22, 2017 and you can login from anywhere to access materials - even on your trip to grandma's house.
2. How much time do I need to set aside to complete this course?
You’ll need to block roughly 2 hours per week on your calendar, this will give you time to watch the weekly video, complete the worksheets, check in with your accountability partner and attend the group coaching call. You won’t need more time, you will need to shift your perspective of how you invest your time and replace unhealthy habits with healthy ones.
3. When are the Group Calls?
Group coaching calls are typically held on Thursday or Friday each week. Time zones are taken into consideration and group calls are scheduled in advance with the intention that everyone in the group will have an opportunity to be on at least half of the calls.
One-on-one sessions will require that you pre-schedule using a link you’ll be provided after enrollment.
4. What if I have to miss a call or two?
No problem. The calls will be recorded so you can listen later. You’ll also have the Laser Coaching sessions and the Facebook group, plus your accountability partner to serve as back-up.
5. How long do I have access to the course content?
All videos, recordings, worksheets and other materials created by me for Journey to Thrive will be accessible at your convenience via my secure, client-only website. You will continue to have access to the private Facebook group to share your victories and challenges with others and get their support and mine. You will not have access to group or one-on-one coaching for future versions of the course unless you choose to enroll again at a significantly reduced investment.
6. What if the investment is too much for me right now?
If you’re ready to empower your life, but want some flexibility with the payment, we can discuss the 3 payment option on your discovery call. You will be charged a few dollars more to make 3 payments, rather than one, prior to November 15, 2017.
If you're truly ready to thrive there is always a way to open to the opportunity of investing in yourself. We can brainstorm ideas you may not have considered on our call.
7. I’m interested, but it’s not a good time for me right now. Will you run the program again?
Yes, in the spring of 2018 at a higher price point.
