How often do you tell yourself you *should* do something?
I should workout more.
I should eliminate dairy, sugar and probabaly carbs too!
I should go on a cleanse.
I should quit drinking.
Sounds familiar, right?
But, when was the last time you made a drastic change that actually stood the test of time?
You know what I mean...the internal dialog that says "If I eat that cake, I might as well forget about my workout too!"

When it comes to our health, what we’re really seeking is to feel good on the inside and have it show on the outside.

1. When does the course start and finish?
Annual membership runs from Janaury through December of 2019. Our first round of the 10 habits will begin on Monday, January 14, 2019 and finish on Friday, March 22, 2019. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your practice and live through life's inevitable challenges during two more 10 week rounds of th habits, all while shifting your mindset toward growth and unraveling your old patterns of self-sabotage. It's the perfect way to stay in integrity with your health goals and evolve your mindset for an entire year. You can login from anywhere to access materials.
2. How much time do I need to set aside to complete this course?
You’ll need to block roughly 2-3 hours per week on your calendar, this will give you time to watch the weekly video, complete the worksheets, check in with your accountability partner and attend the group coaching call. You won’t need more time, you will need to shift your perspective of how you invest your time and replace unhealthy habits with healthy ones.
3. When are the Group Calls?
Group coaching calls are typically held on Thursday or Friday each week. Time zones are taken into consideration and group calls are scheduled in advance with the intention that everyone in the group will have an opportunity to be on at least half of the calls.
One-on-one sessions will require that you pre-schedule using a link you’ll be provided after enrollment.
4. What if I have to miss a call or two?
No problem. The calls will be recorded so you can listen later. You’ll also have the Laser Coaching sessions and the Facebook group, plus your accountability partner to serve as back-up.
5. Can I really change my habits and have a transformational expereince in just 10 weeks?
Journey to Thrive is designed to give you all the information you will need to build healthy habits for a lifetime. You will be surprsied by how much your mindset will shift toward growth during our first 10 weeks together.
That being said, we all know that true transformation takes time and the suppport of a skilled guide and community. Annual Membership is the optimal way to implement the skills you will learn and receive continued support and accountability for your transformation. This is why you are enrolled for 3 sessions of Journey to Thrive within your 12 month membership. We'll talk more about this on your Discovery Call.
6. How long do I have access to the course content?
All videos, recordings, worksheets and other materials created by me for Journey to Thrive will be accessible at your convenience via my secure, client-only website. You will continue to have access to the private Facebook group to share your victories and challenges with others and get their support and mine. You will not have access to group or one-on-one coaching for future sessions of the course or any additonal bonus programs unless you enroll in annual membership.
7. What if the investment is too much for me right now?
If you’re ready to empower your life, but want some flexibility with your investment in yourself, we can discuss the 3 payment option on your discovery call. You will be charged a few dollars more to make 3 payments, rather than one.
If you're truly ready to thrive there is always a way to open to the opportunity of investing in yourself. We can brainstorm ideas you may not have considered on our call.
8. I’m interested, but it’s not a good time for me right now. Will you run the program again?
Yes, in 2019 at a higher investment.
