As a wellness professional I’m inundated with ads, workshops and books that focus on what you do in the morning.
While having a strong morning practice (as we like to refer to it in yoga) is an incredibly powerful tool for optimizing your potential, it won’t do you any good if you only know about it and don’t do it!
If you wake up late, exhausted or rushed most mornings, implementing a morning practice feels like beating your head against the wall. You try and fail, over and over again.
You’ve got to set yourself up for success in stages. The first stage is to prepare for your mornings. That’s why I’m focusing on a healthy evening routine in this video.
If you’ve been wanting to start your mornings off with more energy and less stress, you’ve got to begin with a healthy evening routine the night before.
It doesn’t need to be complicated and you don’t need to change everything overnight (pun intended). You do need to start with these 4 simple steps and commit to taking the smallest change possible that will move you toward your own healthy evening routine tonight.
