Summer temperatures can be hot, hot, hot in the South! You can quickly cool down with Sitali pranayama, a yogic breathing technique.

Be forewarned, Sitali looks funny at first but it leaves you feeling cool and collected.

Use the pranayama practice of Sitali or Sitkari (if you don’t have the genes that allow you to roll your tongue) to cool not only your body, but also any agitation in your mind on a hot afternoon. In less than 2 minutes you will activate your relaxation response and literally feel cooler.
