I offer uniquely customized group and one-on-one coaching programs to support your current goals.
I’ve worked with a variety of objectives with private and group coaching clients. Participants have come to me with a wide range of goals, from getting a new job or moving to a new city, to getting pregnant. The program and tools you receive from me will be tailored to meet your specific needs.
I use the tools I’ve gathered through years of yoga study, teaching and coaching, travel and personal experience to customize techniques that will help you reach your highest potential. I want to inspire you to make the changes, be they through yoga or other means, that will allow you to live your life to the fullest and make your best contributions to the world. This is my mission.

Step 1. Qualify for a complimentary, no-obligation consult and coaching session. You can do that by completing this information. Before we hop on the phone, I’d like to know a bit about you and what you’d like to get out of coaching with me.
Step 2. Watch your email for my response. If we appear to be a coaching fit on paper I will send you information on how to schedule your complimentary consultation by phone or video call.
Step 3. Follow the steps to schedule your session.
Step 4. At the scheduled time of your consult, we’ll consult! We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.
Step 5. Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.

Yoga on the Bayou is held outside on the bayou when the weather permits. The class is open to the public and great for all student levels.
Yoga on the Bayou is an excellent way to start your day! In this class we gradually warm up through light poses, connecting the breath with our movement. We move through standing poses, and sometimes sun salutations, at an un-rushed pace that matches the rate of your breath. I teach proper alignment and encourage you to move in sync with your body in order to avoid injury. You will enjoy standing and seated yoga postures as well as deep rejuvenation.
Please bring your own yoga mat and/or large towel.
Suggested contribution: $10.00 – $20.00

Balance Yoga & Wellness

I alternate Friday evenings with other restorative yoga teachers. Please check Balance’s online schedule to confirm which dates I will be teaching.
In this restorative yoga class, you will use yoga props such as blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps to help you hold poses for long periods of time (between 5 – 10 minutes). Restorative Yoga allows you to reach a deep state of relaxation by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. This helps to lower your heart rate, blood pressure and stimulate your immune system. By letting go of muscular tension with the support of props, your body is given a chance to rest deeply, allowing chronic stress to dissipate and healing to occur. This practice is quiet and internal. It is safe for those with injuries and limitations. You do not need prior experience with yoga to attend this class. My objective is for you to leave my restorative yoga class feeling deeply relaxed, having released both your mind and body during the class.

New Orleans Country Club
These are private group classes held for members of the New Orleans Country Club
You will learn to use your breath to move fluidly in and out of yoga postures. Linking one posture to another through various styles of sun salutations and utilizing dynamic movement in separate poses, you build heat in your body to loosen your muscles. Not only will you energize your body and learn proper alignment, but you will also cultivate better focus and increased mental awareness through participation in my Align & Flow classes.
